Osama killed, Taliban Threatens Pakistan Will Launch Attack

Islamabad - The death of Osama bin Laden's cause mixed reactions. Pakistani Taliban group threatened to launch attacks on government leaders including Pakistan's President Asif Ali Zardari. American also will become the target of attacks.

"Now the ruler of Pakistan, President Zardari and the army will be our first targets," said Ehsanullah Ehsan, a spokesman for Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) or Pakistan Taliban Movement.

It was announced by Ehsan in a conversation via telephone to the Reuters news agency on Monday (05/02/2011).

"America will be our second target,"said Ehsan.

President Barack Obama has announced the death of bin Laden in a speech at the White House on Sunday, May 1 pm local time. It said Obama, with the death of Osama, justice has been done.

Osama killed in a covert operation waged by the elite U.S. Navy, Navy SEALs. The attack was carried out on a large building in the city of Abbotabad, about 100 kilometers north of Islamabad.
